You can customize the following features for Multi line text option:

  • Name – Change the display name shown to customers.

  • Required Field – Make the field mandatory before form submission.

  • Column width - Option represents a percentage of the overall width, e.g., 100%, 50%.

  • Add-on Price – Add an extra cost when a customer fills out this field.

  • Sku - Add SKU to this option.

  • Weight - Add weight to this option for shipping cost calculation.

  • Min/Max Characters – Set minimum and/or maximum allowed characters.

  • Placeholder – Display guidance text inside the field before entry.

  • Default Value – Pre-fill the field with a default value.

  • Character Count – Show a live character counter to users.

  • Letter case - Convert text entered by the customer.

  • One time charge - Add-on price not multiplied by the product quantity.

  • Do not add to cart - Even if you fill in or select something, it won't be added to your shopping cart or order.
